Amin Torabkhani
Principal Consultant
Combining over 12 years of data science (advanced analytics) and problem solving, deep industry knowledge, and top-tier management consulting experience at Deloitte, Amin brings a unique set of multi-functional skills that is key when developing data-driven solutions for business end-users.
Amin is a hands-on expert in using data science tools and techniques such as R, Python, SQL, SAS, and Tableau to support his client teams taking on the complex dynamics of their industry. He specializes in using a variety of data sources to improve the predictive power of his models, and has a patent in using unsupervised machine learning techniques for unemployment and workers compensation claim fraud detection.
Amin holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University, and completed a set of coursework in modeling & simulation at MIT Sloan School of Management.
Alejandro Solà
Principal Consultant - Head of the Strategy Practice
Alejandro Solà is a strategist in the life sciences and beyond. He has 20 years’ experience helping companies enter new markets and grow existing ones, both as a management consultant and as an in-house strategist. Alejandro’s expertise includes decision analysis, forecasting, health economics, and financial & strategic modeling.
Most recently, Alejandro was Head of Strategy and Analytics at American Regent. He previously worked at Mylan Pharmaceuticals, where he led a team supporting Mylan’s strategic planning process, evaluating potential markets, and formulating market entry strategies. Earlier in his career, Alejandro gained extensive experience in strategy, operations, and analytics across North America, South America, and Europe.
An industrial engineer, Alejandro holds an M.B.A. from Emory University, a M.S. in System Dynamics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a Graduate Certificate in Risk Analysis from Stanford University.
